Infertility evaluation and treatment
Surgical/invasive procedures such as biopsy, hysterectomy, delivery, diagnosis of endometriosis, or treatment of abnormal bleeding
Abortion
Late term pregnancy care (past 20 weeks)
Ultrasound exams past 20 weeks
Contraception
Management of PCOS or other chronic conditions
Other interventions requiring continuity of care
Prenatal diagnosis and genetic counseling

In compliance with state law, every patient receives a referral list of local OB-GYN and/or low cost health centers for services Life Choices Clinic & Care Center does not provide. Referrals are not necessary for abortion and certain other services listed above.
